If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the transport costs for the return unless the product is defective or an error on our part has occurred during the order. You can return your product and get a) a reusable credit for new purchases or b) a different product, we do not make any refunds unless we have made a mistake and have no other solution or replacement products to offer you, in this situation the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please consider the following exceptions that apply to our return and exchange policy :
▪ Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.
▪ Returned items must include all original accessories, booklets, stickers and tags.
▪ Returned items must not have any visible signs of wear or use:
Helmets and Clothing : Any item that has been worn outdoors is considered used and therefore cannot be returned. We suggest walking on your mat if you are trying on boots or wearing your helmet indoors before going for a motorcycle ride, for example.
Vehicle Parts: Any part that has been installed or showing signs of attempted installation on a vehicle cannot be returned.
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps :
1. Print and complete the return and exchange form.
2. Take care to indicate the ordered products that you wish to return or exchange.
3. We will provide you with a shipping label and the cost will be deducted from store credit or must be paid before new items are dispatched.
4. Print your prepaid shipping label which you will receive by email.
5. Return all the items in question using the label provided and make sure to include the return form in the box.
6. According to the original shipping company, find the nearest drop-off point.
