Do you ship internationally?

For the moment, we only ship in Canada. If you are outside Canada we can arrange shipping and make it work for you. Stay tuned, we will have more Country options soon!

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yep! We are located in Saint-Eustache. You can find our address right here. Please not that products our our website reflects our suppliers inventory and our inventory, there are possibilities that a product is available online and not in store.

When will I receive my order after I checked out?

Products availability are usually identified when you select it, if we have a product in stock, we will ship the same day, depending on your location, shipping time may be different. You can track your shipment and see the progression. When a product is not in stock and need to be ordered for you, it can ship in 1 or 2 business days, but sometimes it can take 4 to 5 business days depending on its location.

Is everything listed on your website is in stock?

No, our website shows our inventory and suppliers inventory. If you want to pick up a specific product in store, we suggest you to reach out and make sure it is in store before visiting us.

Can I place an order online and pick it up in store?

Sure! We’ll be happy to meet you!

Is Planet Earth flat ?
