SHIPPING POLICY

Due to high demand, our carriers are experiencing delays in their shipping shipments. Delivery times may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

IN-STORE PICK-UP
When selecting the in store pick-up option at checkout, you can easily come in store during our business hours and pick-up your order at no extra charge. You will be notified when the order will be ready.

  • The shipping time window will be available on the carrier website with your tracking number.
  • The shipping delays mentioned on some products indicate estimated days before we ship them, from our warehouse.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing (certain items require longer times as is indicated on those product pages.)
  • *Certain rural areas as well as large bulky items may incur additional shipping fees. This fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

SHIPPING SURCHARGES (charges in addition to the Shipping Rates shown in the table above):
1) Oversize surcharge : based on package size
2) Overweight/Large/Bulky Items surcharge: Based on package size and/or weight additional cubing/freight fees may be applicable.

METHOD OF DELIVERY
We mostly ship by Purolator or Canada post.

To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to you, a signature may be required to finalize the delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note we only ship to Canada. We do not ship to the USA or internationally. Give us a call if you need an item to ship outside Canada, we will be glad to assist you.

HOLIDAY SEASON
Please be aware that during the holiday season there may be some delays in shipping. We are working hard to ensure each order is processed in a timely manner.
